Crock Pot Pot Roast

INGREDIENTS:

~About 3 1/2 or 4 lb. pot roast or rump
~Red Potatoes
~Baby carrots
~Onion
~Brown gravy mix
~1 can cream of mushroom soup
~Bay leaf and garlic, optional

DIRECTIONS:

Cut potatoes into small pieces. Put half of the potatoes and carrots in bottom of crock pot. Make a package of brown gravy mix and pour a little over the potatoes on the bottom. Set pot roast on top of potatoes. Slice a medium onion and lay on top of meat. Put rest of potatoes and carrots around. Pour a can of cream of mushroom soup and the rest of the brown gravy over all. Cook on high 6 to 7 hours.
